KVKK Privacy Notice
Information on how we process your personal data in our capacity as data controller, under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

1. Data controller
Pursuant to Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by Yaman Otomasyon ve Elektrik Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi in its capacity as data controller, within the scope explained below.
2. Personal data processed
We process the name and surname, company name, e-mail address, telephone number and the information contained in the message you submit through the contact form on our website. For technical reasons, transaction security data such as IP address and browser information may be recorded during site visits.
3. Purposes of processing
Your personal data is processed in order to respond to your requests and complaints, prepare quotations, manage contractual processes, maintain communication activities and fulfil our legal obligations.
4. Legal grounds and method of collection
Your data is collected electronically through the form on our website, by e-mail and by telephone. Processing is based on the legal grounds set out in KVKK Art. 5/2 — “being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract”, “compliance with a legal obligation of the data controller” and “legitimate interest” — and, in cases falling outside these, on your explicit consent.
5. Transfer of data
Your personal data may be transferred only to the extent required by the purposes above and within the limits permitted by law: to the suppliers providing our hosting and e-mail services, and to authorised public institutions where a legal obligation applies. No transfer abroad is made without complying with the conditions set out in the relevant legislation.
6. Retention period
Your data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and until the end of the limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation; once that period expires it is erased, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Rights of the data subject
Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request its erasure or destruction; request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred; object to any outcome to your detriment arising from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation where you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
8. Applications
You may submit requests relating to your rights, together with information and documents verifying your identity, in writing to our company address or by e-mail to info@yamanotomasyon.com.tr. Your application will be concluded within thirty days at the latest.
This notice is for information purposes and may be updated in line with the company’s activities. The legislation in force shall prevail.
